I started my entrepreneurial journey as a child (around 6-7) selling hand-drawn comics and batman stickers to neighbours. Coming from a working-class background my drive and hunger to make money was already beginning to grow.
By 1999 (at age 16) I sold my first SEO website for $13,000. That was a lot of money back then! It helped me start to build the empire I am still working on today.
In 2001 I studied Computer Science at Aberystwyth University. I really enjoyed university life; I worked behind the student-union bar, worked on a few side businesses, and somehow managed to get a degree.
When leaving university I started bootstrapping MoreNiche (it was called MensNiche initially). Just a few short years later we were generating over $12 million per year in revenue for our clients.
By 2016 we had 20 employees, over 200,000 affiliates, and we sold clients’ brands in over 188 countries. In 2019 I received my MBA (Entrepreneurship) from the University of Nottingham and I continue to learn, iterate, and experiment with the business.
When I am not working (yes, there are moments) I enjoy learning new things, being physically active, and travelling. In 2016 I moved to Mallorca with my partner Rachel, two dogs (Bowie and Bramble), and two cats (Noah and Nieve).
We have a fantastically uncomplicated and simple life, walking the dogs, drinking coffee, and eating tapas. Each time I fly back to the island after a trip, I feel excited to be landing in paradise.
